Shipping & Returns

1. Delivery Area

Goclove delivers products in the Netherlands, Belgium, and Luxembourg, and, if stated in the webshop, also to other countries within and outside the EU.

2. Shipping Costs

Netherlands

Orders under €50 → €6.95 shipping costs
Orders from €50 → free shipping

International Shipments

Within Europe → €12 shipping costs
Outside Europe → €24.95 shipping costs
Please note: any import duties or taxes outside the EU are the responsibility of the customer.

During the ordering process, shipping costs are always clearly displayed before the order is finalized.

3. Delivery Time

Orders placed on working days before 15:30 are shipped the same day.

Orders placed later or on weekends are processed on the next working day.

Average delivery time within the Netherlands: 1-3 working days (usually the next day). Delivery times outside the Netherlands vary by destination.

The stated delivery times are indicative and may differ due to stock status, carrier workload, or unforeseen circumstances. Exceeding the delivery time does not entitle you to compensation, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. Shipping method and delivery

All our packages are carefully packed and shipped via PostNL (or another parcel service selected by us).
As soon as the order has been handed over to the carrier, the customer will receive a track & trace code by email to track the shipment.
Delivery takes place at the address provided by the customer. It is the customer's responsibility to provide correct address details.

5. Not at home at delivery

If you are not at home at the time of delivery:

  1. PostNL will attempt to deliver the package to a neighbor.
  2. You will receive a card in your mailbox and you can see where the package is via the track & trace.
  3. If delivery to a neighbor is not possible, the package will be taken to a nearby pick-up point. Uncollected packages returned to Goclove may be reshipped at the customer's expense.

6. Partial delivery

If an order contains multiple products and not all products are immediately available, Goclove may decide to ship the order in parts. There are no additional shipping costs associated with this for the customer, unless otherwise agreed.

7. Force majeure and delay

In the event of a delay due to force majeure (such as strikes, extreme weather conditions, pandemics, delays at suppliers or carriers), Goclove will notify the customer as soon as possible.

8. Transfer of risk

The risk of loss or damage to products passes to the customer as soon as the order has been received by the customer or a third party designated by him.

9. Returns (Right of withdrawal)

  • You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receipt.
  • Products must be in their original, undamaged condition.
  • Shoes may only be tried on indoors. Products with clear signs of use or damage will not be accepted.
  • Original packaging and labels must be present.

10. Return procedure

  1. Go to goclove.nl
  2. Go to Returns and exchanges
  3. Click on the "Start a return" button
  4. Enter your order track and trace code
  5. Enter your postal code
  6. You will automatically receive the return label.

    Please note: the return costs amount to €4.95. This amount is the responsibility of the customer and will be deducted from the amount to be refunded.

11. Refunds and exchanges

As soon as we have received the return shipment in good order, we will process the refund within 8 working days via the same payment method used to place the order.

Do you want to exchange for a different size or color? Indicate this in your return request; as soon as we receive your return, we will send the new pair.

Tip: Always check the size and fit information in our size chart before ordering to avoid returns and to receive your order faster.
